Verification Of Employment

Employers requesting a Verification of Employment (VOE) for one of our former driver employees need to follow the simple three-step process below and pay a fee of $15.00 for each VOE request.

1.  Download the  Credit Card Authorization Verification of Employment form.

2.  Print and email the form to our secure credit card authorization line.  Instructions are printed on the form.

3.  Once your payment has been processed, Driving Momentum will complete and return the VOE via email or fax within 48 hours.
